What is the recommended dosing for Dr.GTDs supplements?

Our supplements are formulated for daily use. Senior Mobility Soft Chews: 1 chew per 25 lbs of body weight daily. Recovery Support Powder: 1 scoop (included) per meal, up to 2 scoops daily. Joint Care Topper Sticks: 1-2 sticks daily depending on size. Always follow the guidelines on the packaging and consult your veterinarian for specific recommendations.

How do I administer the supplements to my pet?

Our Soft Chews can be given as treats or crumbled over food. The Recovery Powder mixes easily with wet or dry food — simply sprinkle over their meal. Topper Sticks can be broken into smaller pieces and used as training rewards or meal toppers. Most pets love the natural chicken flavor.

How long before I see results?

Most pet parents notice improved mobility and energy within 3-4 weeks of consistent daily use. For post-surgical recovery, benefits are typically seen within 1-2 weeks. Every pet is different, so we recommend giving the supplements at least 6-8 weeks for full effect. Consistency is key to seeing the best results.

Are Dr.GTDs products suitable for all dog and cat sizes?

Our products are suitable for dogs and cats of all sizes and breeds. For pets under 15 lbs, we recommend starting with half the standard dose and monitoring their response. The supplements are safe for puppies and kittens over 12 weeks old, as well as senior pets. If your pet has specific health conditions, please consult your veterinarian before starting any supplement.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified within 2 hours of placement. After that, we begin processing and cannot guarantee changes. For subscription orders, you can modify upcoming deliveries anytime from your account dashboard.

What are the shipping times?

US Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. US Express shipping delivers in 2-3 business days. Canadian orders arrive in 7-10 business days. International orders typically take 10-21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time. You can also log into your account on our website and view your order history and tracking information. If you have any issues with tracking, contact our support team.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to over 30 countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard with no fees or penalties. Simply log in, navigate to 'My Subscriptions,' and click 'Cancel.' Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll still receive any shipments already paid for.

Can I skip a delivery?

Absolutely! You can skip any individual delivery up to 48 hours before it's scheduled to ship. Log into your account, find the delivery you'd like to skip, and click 'Skip This Delivery.' You can also pause your entire subscription if you're going on vacation or need a longer break.

How do I change the products in my subscription?

You can add, remove, or swap products in your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Navigate to 'My Subscriptions,' click 'Edit Products,' and make your changes. Any modifications made before your next billing date will take effect on your upcoming shipment. Your pricing tier will automatically adjust based on the number of products.

When and how am I billed for subscriptions?

Your subscription renews automatically based on your chosen frequency (every 2, 4, or 6 weeks). You'll be billed on the renewal date, and we'll send you a reminder email 3 days before. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Subscription charges will appear as "Dr.GTDs / FREE LIFE PET" on your statement.
